Whether it be filing an appeal to IP Office’s refusal to rights application, investigating infringement allegation, or taking legal action at the court of law, our Litigation Practice Group has both the experience as well as the resources needed to cater to the best of the client’s interests.

Services offered by the AMR Partnership related to our Litigation Practice Group shall include, but not limited to :

• Field Investigation towards any potential for rights infringements
• Court and/or Off Court Settlement of IPR Disputes
• Representing clients in administrative proceedings at the IP Office
• Representing clients in legal actions at either Commercial, Civil and/or Criminal Court
