Services offered by the AMR Partnership related to Industrial Designs shall include, but not limited to :

• Prosecution of industrial designs application at the Indonesian IP Office;
• Channeling Indonesian-priority based foreign industrial designs application to other Paris Convention member-countries;
• Recordation of the rights assignment and or licensing documents to the Indonesian IP Office;
• Industrial Designs Availability Search, based upon the database of the Indonesian IP Office;
• Legal Opinion on Registrability, Freedom-to- Operate, and/or Infringement Analysis;
• Drafting/Reviewing Industrial Designs Licensing/Assignment Contract/Clauses;
• Industrial Designs Litigation at Administrative Proceedings as well as Commercial, Civil and or Criminal Court
