A member of the Bern Convention since 1997, Indonesia since the 2002 Copyright Law gives automatic protection for the creator of original works without any requirement for prior registration. Nevertheless, a voluntary and declarative registration system is still maintained by the Indonesian IP Office in order to provide an evidentiary tool for rights ownership, which can prove to be useful within the Indonesian civil court system that relies heavily on formal evidence.

• Copyright Clearance and/or Legal Opinions on Copyright Infringement Potentials
• Drafting and/or Reviewing Copyright Licensing/Assignment Contract or Clauses
